Initially struggled to operate but after watching some YouTube videos understood the technique to open and close properly and it was smooth. Need to be very careful while closing down not keep fingers between to avoid pinching. I haven't used it as a full extended ladder so I don't know if it gets wobbly but with A shape it is reasonably well strong and stable enough.

Great product. Nicely designed and solid construction. Great addition to my van for the odd occasion I need a little extra height without needing to keep a longer ladder on the roofrack.
I'm happy with this telescopic ladder product, very easy to opening and closing, 6.2m long which is soo long, I can recommend this to anyone who want the buy!
Nice compact design, not overly steady when fully extended but ok when placed upto the wall. Have to be VERY careful when retracting watch those fingers and thumbs. Look good quality and well made happy with the purchase.
