Was a little apprehensive about ordering from somewhere new, but I never had a bother. Ordering was easy, I was kept up to date with delivery and I am very happy with product.
This product is fantastic value and such a statement piece to create a sensational focal point in a room. The colour changing facility is perfect to suit any occasion and the inter changing log piece or crystals is a nice touch. The fire when heating is selected does give off some heat, I used it while awaiting a new radiator being installed and it was a large enough room to heat as well. Remote control is so easy to use and nice and small and compact. I have used the log piece for now as the insert and I have it recessed into a media wall and it looks fabulous. Just see for yourselves I have attached images!!
