As of October 1, 2023, this product is a reportable substance under The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023. This applies to all Sodium Hypochlorite solutions containing more than 6% available chlorine. Any suspicious activity should be reported.

Black Spot Remover is a strong cleaning solution designed to eradicate tough black spots and organic stains from outdoor surfaces.

Directions for use:

Black Spot Remover is a concentrated product and can be diluted from 1:2 up to 1:1, depending on the surface.

For best results, follow these steps:

1. Preparation: Remove any loose dirt and debris so the area is smooth and ready for application. We recommend pressure washing before application.

2. Application Process (3 Steps):

• Step 1: Apply an even layer of product to the affected area by spraying horizontally.

• Step 2: Repeat the process, spraying vertically.

• Step 3: Finish by spraying around the edges until the area is fully saturated.

1. Let the Product Work: Leave the solution on the surface for 45-60 minutes. If the surface starts to dry out, apply more product to keep it wet. If it dries out, the cleaning process will stop. Agitate the solution with a soft-bristled brush for best results.

2. Rinse Thoroughly: After 45-60 minutes, clean the area with a jet wash.

3. Repeat if Necessary: Some black spots may be deeply embedded, depending on their age and surface type. If any remain after the initial treatment, repeat the process, a second application will fully eradicate them.

Important notes:

When operating with the product, the following precautions should be taken:

• Protective clothing such as gloves, goggles, boots and overalls should be worn.

• Adequate ventilation is required when using chemicals in confined spaces.

• When using flammable materials; cigarettes, naked flames and other sources of ignition should be carefully controlled.

• Before undertaking any cleaning operation, a trial should be carried out on a small, preferably inconspicuous area, to determine the effect of the chemicals before treating a large area.

• Keep people & pets away from treated areas for at least 48 hours.

• Not suitable for use on lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable plots, or near trees/shrubs.

P301+P330+P331: IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth: Do NOT induce vomiting

P303+P361+P353: IF ON SKIN: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower. 

P304+P341: IF INHALED: if breathing is difficult, remove the person to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.

P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for serval minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

P404: Store in a closed container

P501: Dispose of contents and container to an approved waste disposal plant.

Contact with acids liberates toxic gas.
