(500g) Urea Prills Slow Release Nitrogen Fertiliser Description
Urea is the basic nitrogen fertilizer with a wide range of applications, practically used for all cultivated plants, both pre-sowing and top dressing. It can be used as soil and foliar fertilizer. It is characterized by a high nitrogen bioretention; low nitrate potential and long period of availability in soil for plants.
The dose and concentration of the solution should be selected according to the species and stage of development of the fed plants.
Root feeding with urea is also possible, but due to the need to convert the amide form to the ammonium form, which is available for plants, and then to the nitrate form, the absorption process is much longer and slower than with foliar application.
