Our Piggies are outdoors piggies so we purchased the waterproof cover too and this is a godsend in the rain we’ve been having lately. Also helps protect the hutch too.
Cleaning of the top tier is much easier with the removal of the wood panels which also double up for scraping the hay/straw/sawdust out. It’s a godsend. Only downside is I still get a back ache trying to clean out the bottom tier haha!
