The hive includes a Varroa floor with integrated mesh and a removable slide-out inspection tray, allowing easy hive monitoring and helping support effective colony management. A removable entrance block with summer and winter settings is included to assist with seasonal hive ventilation and access control.

The hive is supplied with one brood box and two super boxes, providing dedicated space for brood development and honey storage as the colony grows.

Metal runners are included to support smooth frame operation and help protect the hive box frame rests from wear. A metal queen excluder is supplied to help manage brood and honey production areas within the hive.
