Action

Sildenafil is intended for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Under natural conditions, i.e., in response to sexual stimulation, it restores impaired erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis.

Indications

Erectile dysfunction in adults.

Directions for use

Adults - the recommended dose is 50 mg of sildenafil taken as needed, approximately one hour before planned sexual activity.

Sexual stimulation is required for Actigra to be effective.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.

Use of sildenafil with nitric oxide donors (such as amyl nitrite) or nitrates in any form.

Use in men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable (e.g., patients with severe cardiovascular conditions such as unstable angina or severe heart failure).

Use in patients who have vision loss in one eye due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.

Composition

Each film-coated tablet contains 25 mg of sildenafil (sildenafil citrate)
