Indications:Ambroxol 0.3% belongs to the group:
drugs for the treatment of cough, mucolytics
Treatment of disorders of bronchial secretion (viscous sputum), especially in acute bronchial diseases and exacerbations of chronic bronchopneumonia.
It can be administered pre- and postoperatively to prevent respiratory complications.
Contraindications:
Do not use Ambroxol 0.3% if you are allergic to ambroxol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Precautions:
Before using Ambroxol 0.3%, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Animal studies do not indicate teratogenic effects, thus a malformative effect following administration in pregnant women is not expected. Insufficient clinical studies do
not rule out the possibility of foetotoxic effects. Therefore, Ambroxol should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary if the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential foetal risk
.
Ambroxol hydrochloride is excreted in breast milk; During lactation, administration is not recommended.
Driving and using machines:
Ambroxol does not influence the ability to drive or use machines.
Administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
One measuring spoon Ambroxol 0.3%, oral solution (5 ml) contains 15 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride.
Children under 2 years old - the recommended dosage is half a teaspoon 2 times a day.
Children between 2-5 years old - the recommended dosage is half a teaspoon 3 times a day.
Children 5-12 years old - the recommended dosage is 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
Children over 12 years old and adults - the recommended dosage is 2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day.
If there are no other recommendations, the duration of treatment will be no more than 4-5 days. The duration of treatment will be determined by the specialist.

Composition:
- The active substance is soft ivy leaf extract. 1 ml (= 31 drops) contains: 40 mg soft extract of Hedera helix L., folium (ivy leaves) (2.2-2.9:1). The extraction solvents are 50 % ethanol (v/v) and propylene glycol (98:2 m/m).
- The other ingredients are: propylene glycol, glycerol, flavors: Anisi stellati fructus volatile oil, eucalyptus oil, levomenthol, water-soluble peppermint oil.
The finished product does not contain alcohol.

Ambroxol 0,3% face parte din grupa: medicamente pentru tratamentul tusei, mucolitice
Tratamentul tulburărilor de secreție bronșică (spută vâascoasă), în special în cazul afecțiunilor bronșice acute și acutizărilor bronhopneumopatiilor cronice.
Se poate administra pre- și postoperator pentru prevenția complicațiilor respiratorii.
Contraindicații:
Nu utilizaţi Ambroxol 0,3% dacă sunteți alergic la ambroxol sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale acestui medicament.
Precauţii:
Înainte să utilizați Ambroxol 0,3% adresați-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
Sarcina, alăptarea şi fertilitatea:
Dacă sunteţi gravidă sau alăptaţi, credeţi că aţi putea fi gravidă sau intenţionaţi să rămâneţi gravidă, adresaţi-vă medicului sau farmacistului pentru recomandări înainte de a lua acest medicament.
Studiile efectuate la animal nu au evidentiat efecte teratogene, astfel, nu este de așteptat un efect malformativ consecutiv administrării la femeile gravide. Studiile clinice insuficiente nu înlătura
posibilitatea de apariție a efectelor fetotoxice. De aceea Ambroxol nu trebuie utilizat în timpul sarcinii cu excepția cazurilor în care este absolut necesar, dacă beneficiul terapeutic matern depășeste riscul
potențial fetal.
Clorhidratul de ambroxol se excreta în laptele matern; pe perioada alăptării administrarea nu este recomandată.
Conducerea vehiculelor și folosirea utilajelor:
Ambroxol nu influenteaza capacitatea de a conduce vehicule sau de a folosi utilaje.
Mod de administrare:
Utilizați întotdeauna acest medicament exact așa cum v-a spus medicul dumneavoastră sau farmacistul. Discutați cu medicul dumneavoastră sau cu farmacistul dacă nu sunteți sigur.
O linguriță dozatoare Ambroxol 0.3%, soluție orală (5 ml) conține 15 mg clorhidrat de ambroxol.
Copii sub 2 ani - doza recomandată este de jumătate de linguriță de 2 ori pe zi.
Copii între 2-5 ani - doza recomandată este de jumătate de linguriță de 3 ori pe zi.
Copii între 5-12 ani - doza recomandată este de 1 linguriță de 2-3 ori pe zi.
Copii peste 12 ani și adulți - doza recomandată este de 2 lingurițe de 2-3 ori pe zi.
Dacă nu există alte recomandări, durata tratamentului nu va fi mai mare de 4-5 zile. Durata tratamentului va fi stabilită de către medicul specialist.
Dacă aveţi orice întrebări suplimentare cu privire la acest medicament, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.

- Celelalte componente sunt: propilenglicol, glicerol, arome: ulei volatil de Anisi stellati fructus, uleide eucalipt, levomentol, ulei de mentă solubil în apă.
Produsul finit nu conține alcool.
