The dispenser is lovely, nice and heavy and the textured surface really adds to the overall look.
Delivery should have been a couple of days but took nearly 2 weeks as the delivery people sent it to Glasgow...I am on the South Coast of England!

However...the service from onbuy was truly excellent! I asked where my item was, they sent an email, chased the delivery company got them to retrieve and deliver within a few days, and kept me informed all along the way.
Can’t complain about them at all, the whole problem was the delivery people. Would still use them even though my first order with them has not been without problems.
