Arco 360L Oil Spill Kit Description
This Arco spill kit is designed to effectively handle oil spills in the workplace, featuring polypropylene absorbents that can soak up to 25 times their own weight in liquid. The kit comes in a durable polyethylene bin for easy storage and quick deployment, allowing for efficient removal of slip hazards without creating dust or mess. Its oil-only absorbents are hydrophobic, meaning they are are engineered to absorb oil and other hydrocarbon derivatives only, not water. Therefore, it is not suitable for use on water containing soap or detergent as the product will sink. The total contents of this kit can absorb up to 360 litres of hydrocarbon derivatives. Furthermore, this kit is ideal for outdoor use since the absorbents float on water, even when saturated with oil. A spill kit station board for displaying your spill kit is available separately.
