Refurbished Astell and Kern ACRO BE100 Bluetooth Speaker Black (Open Box)

The Astell & Kern Acro BE100 Bluetooth speaker is a model sound delivery product designed to offer an exceptional hearing experience. It employs advanced technology and builds upon it to produce precise, detailed, and rich sound with the greatest ease and at a very low level of distortion.

In every mode of operation, whether for playing music, podcasts, or videos. The BE100 can bring the finest, tightest audio, unlocking the complete aural delight despite the source conditions. Furthermore, the product's being at the open-box stage does not alter the fact that it still represents the highest quality but at a more tolerable cost.

Declaring its hi-fi sound credentials, the BE100 arrives with an onboard 32-bit high-quality DAC (digital-to-analogue converter). This dedicated DAC is based on the technology from Astell&Kern's award-winning portable digital audio players. The separate internal circuitry ensures it can deliver a superior and detailed audio performance beyond its rivals.

To help realise this class-leading sonic performance, the mid/bass driver and 2x tweeters have been custom-built. The 4-inch mid-bass cone is crafted from ultra-durable yet lightweight Kevlar fabric. Enhancing response speed and timing while delivering a more accurate bass sound. Furthermore, the two silk dome tweeters produce crystal-clear high frequencies.

Poorly designed amplifiers can also produce clipping sounds at maximum volume. Employing its renowned expertise in amp design technology. Astell&Kern has developed a Class-D amplifier that guarantees consistent sound quality without distortion, even at top volume. In addition, dynamic range control (DRC) protects the speaker unit as it hits maximum output power.

The ACRO BE100 covers the latest high-definition wireless connectivity options. It boasts Bluetooth 5.0, which provides greater range and a more stable wireless connection when streaming from a compatible device such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
