This beetroot seed variety can be sown from early spring to mid summer. They can be harvested as baby beets from about 90 days where they will grow to a size of around a golf ball, or left to fully mature they are best harvested when they reach the size of a tennis ball. HOW TO PLANT: Sow direct into well-prepared soil from March until July. Make shallow drills and sprinkle the seed about 1.5cm deep. Cover with fine soil allowing about 30 cm between rows.
