The Beurer PO30 has been designed to measures arterial oxygen saturation and heart rate (pulse frequency) on the go. Its compact size means its easily transportable where ever you’re going.
Beurer pulse oximeter provides non-evasive measurement of arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate (pulse frequency). Oxygen saturation indicates the percentage of haemoglobin in the blood that is loaded with oxygen. Therefore it is an important parameter for assessing the respiratory function.
So how does it work? To take a measurement the pulse oximeter uses two rays of light with differing wavelengths which strike the finger when inserted inside the housing. A low oxygen saturation value often indicates underlying illnesses (cardiac insufficiency respiratory diseases asthma heart failure etc.). This device is suitable for persons with heart failure chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma. Device has 3 years guarantee with manufacturer.

Speedy delivery & batteries included. Also includes a lanyard and small fabric pouch for storage. Easy to use. The graphic of your pulse is helpful to show when your finger is in the correct position in the sensor. I only have Garmin fitness devices to compare HR & SpO2 readings with and those match. More expensive than others you’d find on the internet but I trust Beurer’s product testing as it has German medical certification.Great oximeter
