EDIT (from 3 stars to 5 stars) Bag has finally arrived. Did take a long time. But totally worth the wait. Bag is beautiful’
I have not received the item despite it saying it has been delivered.
However, on the date that it says it was delivered, I did receive another order from this website (a different kind of bag). And if I click on the tracking link for the bag that was actually delivered it says it’s at the airport. So I think the tracking numbers are mixed up. My only worry is according to the tracking website the other bag, which I presume is this bag, says it’s been sitting in an airport for the last 5 days, where as all my other orders arrived and passed customs within 24 hours so I’m hoping it’s not lost and there isn’t a problem. But, Im not loosing hope yet, but fingers crossed it arrives soon. I will come back and update soon.
