Fantastic phone great camera
The phone had overheating issues and the battery was drained even when it wasn't in use. This prompted me to check the internet to see if the phone was genuine because the reviews I had read for this were just amazing...
The OnePlus 10 Pro I received was not new and manufacturer's website showed it was first connected on 16/04/2022. This means the phone was out of warranty.
Furthermore it came wrapped in cellophane masquerading as a new device and I found it was supposed to have manufacturer's seals that are supposed to be present on the box.
The label had spelling mistakes and the print came off the hands too, less likely to have come from such a reputable company.
I can't say if the internal components were genuine but I had the problems above that highlight the deceit.
Not sure what to make of this but I sent the item back for a full refund.

My 2nd Oneplus 10 Pro but with all my media growing needed the 256GB rather than 128GB. Just a great phone
I like my new phone. It is easy to use . I am happy and I can recommend this great product.
I was skeptical that this was a genuine deal but absolutely delighted with what arrived, brand new in the box with an adaptor to charge in the uk. Thank you.
Product came securely in its original OnePlus box, on the first date of the delivery range.
