I’ve used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten free Flour for a while now for cake baking and if I had a choice would always use it. There is literally no difference between the end product and using standard flour. If I don’t tell people the Cake is gluten free they’d never know!!

It’s been incredibly difficult to come by in the UK at present and incredibly expensive too, so I was really pleased to see it at a better price on OnBuy. Still not cheap, but better than anywhere else. Delivery was within about 5 days which again was quicker than anywhere else I’d looked. So worth the money in my opinion.
