Great product works superbly. Delivery super quick but no tracking details were sent so if I hadn't been looking I would have missed it.
We are not too tec savvy but managed to set up this product and is working fine and has solved the problem so that we can watch BT in another room
More HD channels than through conventional aerial. Well worth the money. Better results for us with BT remote from old BT box that it replaced which seems to hsve more functions.

This box is really good and very easy to set up.
However, BT have a setting that means to get some of the subscription channels, you can't have 2 boxes on the broadband without permission. This permission costs £10 per month and includes the box. I have found, channels like BT Sport won't work without BT additional box subscription.

There are limitations which are not made clear. It works ok as a streaming box using built in apps. However, it needs both a BT TV subscription and the extra £10pm additional subs for it to work in addition to the main box. Otherwise it's one or the other box - it asks you to choose when attempting to play via the programme guide.
It was a waste of money for me as it did no more than the Firestick I already had.

Absolute rubbish, it doesn't work and makes a machine gun noise. How can such poor qualify junk be sold
