How to Use Capstar Flea Treatment for Medium and Large Dogs

Capstar is an oral flea tablet. Place the tablet directly in your dog's mouth or hide it in food. If you hide it in food, watch carefully to ensure your dog swallows it.

Instructions

One tablet should be given to medium and large dogs weighing 11kg to 57kg, and two tablets for dogs weighing over 57kg when a flea infestation is detected. The frequency of treatment depends on the severity of the infestation. In the case of a severe flea infestation, it may be necessary to treat the animals every day or every other day until the flea infestation is controlled.

Treatment may be resumed if fleas reappear. No more than one treatment should be given per day. Tablets should be given orally, with or without food. Tablets can be disguised in a small quantity of food immediately before administration.
