I've used Castrol for as long as I can remember buying oil. My car engine was beginning to sound a bit noisy and noticed the oil warning light was taking slightly longer to go out on start-up. Changed oil and filter and the improvement was immediately noticeable.

This is a quality oil which I would recommend. The Castrol OW-30 is not always readily available but is worth tracking down.
