An attached StarPointer finderscope boasts an illuminated set of concentric circles for acquiring a general direction to aim the telescope while trying to pin-down a specific target. A basic manual altazimuth mount dispenses intuitive tracking and alignment of the scope. This is a better entry level telescope for first time indulgence in the astronomical art of sky watching.
