is
a
precision
24-bit
analog-to-digital
converter
(ADC)
that
offers
many
features
to
reduce
the
cost
of
the
integrated
system
and
component
count
for
small
sensor
signals.
The
device
passes
a
flexible
multiplexer
input
(MUX),
low
noise,
programmable
gain
amplifier
(),
two
excitation
current
sources,
a
voltage
reference,
an
oscillator,
a
low
side
switch
and
an
accurate
Temperature
sensor
for
implement
two
differential
or
four
single-ended
inputs.
The
device
can
be
converted
to
a
data
rate
of
2000
samples
per
second

with
a
single
precipitation
cycle.
At

the
digital
filter
provides
simultaneous
50Hz
and
60Hz
rejection
for
industrial
applications
noise.
The

at
