This Cooks Professional stand mixer has a tilting head for easy removal of the bowl; simply flick the switch and the head will automatically open, and it will lock so you don’t have to worry about it coming down whilst removing the bowl. Then choose the perfect tool for your recipe, add the ingredients to the bowl as per your instructions, and use the variable speed settings 1-8 which range from slow stirring for combining, up to fast speeds for whipping or mixing egg whites, or select the pulse function to achieve the perfect mix.

The mixer is supplied with a flat beater for normal to heavy mixtures such as cakes, biscuits and pastry, a whisk for egg whites and other mixtures that need aerating, and a dough hook for bread mixtures.
