VITAMIN D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. Moreover it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin D also contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and to normal blood calcium levels. What's more vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
INTENDED USE: the product is recommended for pre-term newborns and children aged 1 year or more to supplement their diet in vitamin D 3 .
RECOMMENDED USE: pre-term newborns – 1 twist-off capsule a day until the 40th week of adjusted age. Children aged 1 year or more – 1 twist-off capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. METHODE OF USE: ttwist the capsule tip to remove it and squeeze the content directly into the child's mouth, onto a spoon or into a meal. Be extra careful to prevent the child from swallowing the capsule.
INGREDIENTS: refined sunflower oil, MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), cholecalciferol (vitamin D 3 ). Shell ingredients: gelatin, humectant: glycerol.
DAILY DOSE (1 capsule) contains: 20 µg (800 IU, 400% of nutrient reference value) of vitamin D 3 .
