Detrical Vitamin D 2000 IU 60 tablets
A daily exposure of 10-15 minutes is sufficient for synthesis, during which the vitamin produced under the effect of sunlight can cover up to 80% of the daily requirement. In order to provide the body with a sufficiently high dose of vitamin D, long-term sun exposure is not required.
A few hours at the beach during the summer holidays do not lead to an increase in the amount of vitamin D in the skin. Despite the fact that our body absorbs vitamin D under the influence of the sun, the resources obtained in this way are quickly depleted.
Vitamin D3 should be used:
- in the autumn and winter months, between September and April
- throughout the year, if adequate sun exposure has not been ensured during the summer, allowing for synthesis in the skin
- throughout the year, for the elderly (over 65 years), because the effectiveness of vitamin D synthesis in the skin is reduced in the case of the elderly
Vitamin D in food: The best natural sources of vitamin D are fish oil and fish. Unfortunately, we consume these products in far too small quantities, and in the diet of young children are still used insufficiently. It is recommended to eat boiled or grilled fish daily. In dairy products, the amount of vitamin D is too small to meet the body's needs.
How to use: 1 tablet per day.
1 tablet of 320 mg contains: 50 µg (2000 IU) vitamin D3 (1000% *)
