Product DescriptionThe Draper XP1000 slimline interchangeable VDE screwdriver set that includes a selection of our popular screwdriver tipped blades for electrical use. Designed so the insulated sheath is the same diameter as the blade, enabling for the top to access to deep-seated screws normally located in terminals and switchboards. The new design has ensured that the handle and blade sleeves have been designed in two pieces, ensuring that the blades fit deep into the handle, ensuring thereÃââs nothing that could spark (no flashover). The ergonomic soft-grip bi-material handles allows for free spinning in the palm of your hand to quickly tighten screws, while also allowing for the transfer of torque when needed. Designed with flat sides to prevent them from rolling off surfaces. A loop through hole that allows for a lanyard or wrist strap to be attached, ensuring working at a height is done safely. Each VDE interchangeable blade has been individually tested to 10,000V suitable for working on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. All have been made from premium steel for additional strength and delivers a fast and easy auto-lock press action with a simple release method.
