Vitassium FastChews by SaltStick are chewable tablets that provide a convenient, delicious, and scientifically backed formulation of sodium and potassium to help maintain electrolyte levels and reduce fatigue and dizziness, when increased plasma volume has been shown to be beneficial. Ingredients are stomach-soothing and easy to absorb. 

Dextrose, citric acid, stearic acid, natural grape flavor, crospovidone, silica, magnesium stearate, reb A (stevia extract). 

As a medical food, take one to two (1-2) tablets, three to four (3-4) times a day, for up to 40 tablets daily, under the guidance of a physician. To improve electrolyte absorption, let FastChews dissolve in your mouth before swallowing.
