Big match atmosphere
EA SPORTS FIFA 12 is here. The most authentic football simulation on the planet arrives in spectacular fashion on PlayStation 3, sporting a host of new features designed to draw you even deeper into the action on and off the pitch.

Thousands of fans roar your every move in realistic, gleaming stadiums, cranking the atmosphere up to fever pitch. Out on the field, the beautiful game has evolved to an incredible level, where lifelike, intelligent players strike the perfect balance between team harmony and individual flair.

Slice an opposing team apart with perceptive passing, and your supporters will launch into real, club-specific chants. And two commentary teams cover your performances, one describing your league fixtures while the other ramps up the excitement for special tournaments.

Even transfer deadline day comes with its own special brand of drama in Career mode, as players stall their contract talks and clubs force through surprise deals at the last minute. Experience every aspect of the game you talk about, argue about and dream about. Play the game you love in EA SPORTS FIFA 12 on PS3.

It’s time to play
Explore EA SPORTS FIFA 12 out on the pitch to discover its many enhancements, such as your team moving more naturally than ever before thanks to the Tactical Defending and Pro Player Intelligence features. The former helps you intercept passes and contain attackers, while the latter makes your team act according to your players’ individual strengths.

These new enhancements help technical wizards like Lionel Messi fire off defence-splitting passes, or a winger like Ashley Young supply a deadly stream of crosses into the box. You’ll feel players such as Andrés Iniesta dribble like the ball is tied to his boots thanks to the Precision Dribbling system – yet the Player Impact Engine means he could be sent tumbling and even injured in a variety of ways by robust challenges.

How you play has an impact beyond the touchlines thanks to EA SPORTS Football Club. You can earn points for your favourite club in an enormous, worldwide league, and play real-life scenarios to make you feel even more involved with your team’s destiny. You could even launch a team like Leyton Orient to unimaginable heights by scoring points for them while playing as another team entirely, such as Barcelona.

With 500 clubs, 15,000 players, a dash of unpredictability and, of course, you, EA SPORTS FIFA 12 adds up to the ultimate in football glory on PlayStation 3.

Tribal passions
Two teams, two sets of supporters, two halves: the best things in football come in pairs. And in EA SPORTS FIFA 12, two-player matches add extra spice, whether it’s on a single PlayStation 3 system or online via PlayStation Network.

Knockout competitions with a group of friends, online leagues that record every aspect of your performance, even statistics like long-range goals to compare with friends – you have the flexibility to create a fun, social kick about or a deadly serious grudge match.

Head to Head Seasons mode takes online competition even further by giving you ten seasons of ten games to rise through the divisions. You can compete against randomly selected players or invite your friends to make up a fiercely fought league, complete with promotions, the spectre of relegation and even cup competitions for added bragging rights.

Vigorous battles against friends are the perfect rehearsal for the FIFA Interactive World Cup, the competition to find the globe’s best EA SPORTS FIFA 12 player.
