Unlike the optical coupling isolation input and output of general control cards, it achieves ultra-high reliability and can ensure the absolute safety of computer USB. Simultaneously ensuring strong EMC anti-interference capability.
Single chip, the system is more streamlined, and the stability is countless times higher than the general multi chip processing method.
Dual core ultra high speed CPU (single core with a maximum main frequency of 204MHz), with extremely redundant computing and processing capabilities. And ensure to achieve a pulse output frequency of 1000KHz per axis under 3-axis linkage, 750KHz per axis under 4-axis linkage, and a maximum pulse output frequency of 500KHz under 6-axis linkage, which can be connected to servo/stepper motors.
The size of the motion control buffer can be set to ensure stable operation even during the fastest interpolation cycle, and even when the computer is running under heavy load, it can run smoothly.
Equipped with 16 isolated input , the input interface is simpler, and both dry and wet contacts can be used. The wiring is more convenient, and the dry contact method only requires external connection of a physical to the ground wire. All 16 input have signal indications, and the indicator light is when the battery is low. Debugging is simple and clear.
