I was doing the usual web search for the best/cheapest hose on a reel and came across this. It was the cheapest by far. It arrived promptly within a couple of days and was packaged well and when I opened it I was surprised to see that I got a free 'kit' with it which contained a nozzle as well as various tap related items to enable any setup required. I cleaned my car that day and found the hose easy to unreel and reel back in and the actual hose itself is quite flexible. It was long enough for my needs but obviously this depends upon your own situation. The quality is on par with major hose brands even though I'd never heard of this. My only 'gripe' is that I would have put a rubber handle on the top bar as it's quite cold to hold but overall very pleased with this product and would definitely buy again if needed.
