ROUTE RECALCULATION
Pause route guidance and off-route recalculation to explore off-track. If you want to follow the route again, the Edge Explore 2 will show you the way.

CLIMBPRO: SCHEDULE CLIMBS CORRECTLY
Automatically see the remaining climb and incline when climbing uphill and following a route or course. This way you can assess what effort awaits you and how long it will take to get to the top. You can even save the climbs to view on your device or in the Garmin Connect app after your ride.

E-BIKE COMPATIBILITY
If you have an e-bike compatible with Shimano Steps or ANT+® technology, you can see a special e-bike status page with data fields, e.g. B. Battery life and more. Even smart routing and range alerts based on battery level, motor assistance and planned route are available.

VARIA COMPATIBILITY
Pair the Edge Explore 2 with your Varia Radar for more safety when cycling. This allows you to recognize vehicles from a distance of up to 140 meters and draw attention to you with the bright rear light.

ACCIDENT DETECTION
This Edge device automatically sends a message with your location to preloaded emergency contacts when an accident is detected 1 .

BICYCLE ALARM AGAINST THEFT
The bike alarm is protected by a PIN and you will receive a notification on the paired smartphone if your bike is moved while you are e.g. B. get a water or take a short break.

GROUPTRACK FUNCTION
After pairing with your smartphone, you can keep an eye on your fellow cyclists. GroupTrack is available for riders using compatible Garmin devices. This allows you to track up to 50 people at the same time.

WRITE GROUP MESSAGES
