2-in-1 ice cream and yoghurt maker with adjustable programs and start-of-the-art technology. Make your favourite melt-in-the-mouth ice cream, sorbet, soft serve or frozen yoghurt at any time at home with healthy ingredients. Produces up to 1.5 litres of ice cream per hour. Yoghurt program for creamy natural yoghurt: for breakfast or processed into frozen yoghurt. Ready for immediate use thanks to cooling compressor: down to -10°C or even -30°C in just a few minutes. With electronic consistency control, the desired ice cream consistency can be easily selected: soft, medium or hard. Adjustable stirring speed (25 rpm, 50 rpm or 70 rpm): The higher the rpm, the more air is whipped under the ice cream mass for creamier ice cream, fewer ice crystals and more intense flavour. Stirrer with DC motor and rotation sensors ensures a constant stirring speed, even when the ice cream becomes firmer. Adjustable stirring function without cooling for optimal mixing of ingredients, e.g. for your own recipes and ice cream creations. Adjustable cooling function without stirring, e.g. for ready-made ice cream mixes or previously heated ingredients. Automatic post-cooling function keeps the finished ice cream cool for two hours at the selected consistency. Removable 1.5 litre stainless steel container, dishwasher safe. Transparent lid with filling flap for further ingredients and extras. Stylish glass front panel with XL touchscreen: intuitive operation with time and program display.
