Apple juice concentrate, brown rice syrup, apple puree, purified water, strawberry puree concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, dark sweet cherry juice concentrate, sea salt, natural flavor, blueberry juice concentrate, caffeine anhydrous (from coffea robusta extract).

Total caffeine content per serving is: 75 mg.

1 Gel 15 minutes prior to exercise. 

1 Gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise.

Do not consume more than 5 gels within a 24 hour period.
