What I expected,cheap little tool very easy to use. Would recommend it to anyone doing small bits of trimming in their garden. Not for large hedges.
Very happy with this purchase and does the job - suitable for small areas only. Did struggle initially to get it working as needed to insert the 2 pin plug into the back of the item to enable use (cannot see where it says this in the user manual) - Found out through an image on Amazon!! An image labelling the different parts within the user manual would really improve this.
Good light weight product, but found the instructions for operating it very confusing and not clear information. A clear diagram of the product would help , also not a good lock device when using.

Does exactly what I needed it to do reasonable weight and sturdier than I thought. Easy to use and well packaged.
It arrived really quickly really efficient hedge cutter trimmed ivy in wall really easily but equally cut through shrubs. Thinking of buying another so when one’s charging I have continuous use.
Product good as far as it goes - not very powerful but fine for dealing with light areas. If you hold a SMALL bu ch of grass , put the cutter through this. This works!

Really happy with this excellent product. I have six box 'balls' and found it very time-consuming and hard on the hands triimming them all with a normal hand trimmer. The difference in time taken, and the ease of the job, was extraordinary.
I have used the trimmer several times and it serves the purpose I bought it for without any problem. I have arthritic hands and this makes life a little easier.

It is not works with all plants stems limit reached but good for small branches.
