Green's since 1907. Ready to Mix Vanilla Flavour Dessert with Caramel Syrup. Serves 4. Horace Green, a local baker in Brighton, believed that baking was one of the warmest ways to show your family and friends you care. In 1907, he came up with the idea to lend a helping hand in the kitchen by pre-mixing the dry ingredients and selling the packs in his store. His mixes made delicious home baking so easy and fun to prepare, they were a huge success. The company affectionately became known as 'Greens of Brighton'. Now almost 100 years on, we are continuing Horace's love of baking and easy delicious recipes.
