Grill plank whole grilled salmon side set of 2

Grill plank whole grilled salmon side set of 2 Description

Cedar grill planks for rustic cooking over an open fire

Looking for a way to elevate your grilling experience beyond hot dogs and French fries? Our untreated cedar grill planks give you the opportunity to grill a whole side of salmon in a traditional and rustic way. These grill planks are easy to use: season the fish to taste and fix it with our stainless steel collar. Then place the grill plank on the edge of your grill or fire pit. Our mounts have 5 adjustable positions so you can always set the perfect angle and distance to the fire. When the protein starts to ooze out of the fish, you know it's ready to serve. Extra practical: you can serve the finished grilled fish directly on the grill plank for an authentic experience.

Note: For best results, oil the untreated wood with cooking oil before first use . Soaking the plank is only necessary if the distance between the fish and the fire is less than about 20 cm.
