Product Description HARUKA Sushi Rice, 1kg Ingredients rice Directions In a medium pot, mix 1 cup of HARUKA rice and 1.5 cup of water and lightly bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook with lid for approx. 20 minutes until all liquid has boiled. Remove the pot from the stove top and let stand for 10 minutes covered. Makes approx. 2.5 cups of cooked rice. Please note: use an electric rice cooker, then add 1 cup of Yumenishiki rice and 1.5 cups of water to the rice cooker and proceed according to the instructions for use of the rice cooker.
