Precautions for Use:
1. The minimum input voltage of this module is 12V, but it does not mean that all 12V power supplies can be used. The voltage is 12V, and the current must be above 10A before the power supply can be used. If the power of the power supply is too low, the actual output voltage of the power supply will be greatly reduced when the power is output. When the voltage is lower than 12V, the two MOS transistors will be turned on at the same time. And burn out the MOS tube.
2. Some buyers will not notice that the power requirements of the power supply cause the MOS tube to heat up when using it. If the MOS tube is found to be abnormally heated, first consider whether the output of the power supply meets the requirements.
3. The board should not be unloaded, otherwise it will emit high-frequency noise, and then the MOS tube will heat up and burn out.
4. It is recommended to use 36V20A power supply for induction heating. The power of 12V power supply is too small and there is almost no response to heating. Moreover, the heating of 12V power supply will easily cause the output voltage of the power supply to decrease, and it is very dangerous if it is lower than 12V.
5. The induction heating power is very large, and heat is inevitable, so be sure to do a good job of heat dissipation.
6. Although this driver board can withstand currents above 20A, in order to prevent accidents and damage, it is recommended not to exceed 48V 20A.
7. The built-in heating ring has a diameter of 40mm and a rated voltage of 24V. If you use a voltage above 30V, you must use a heating ring with an inner diameter of 50mm or more. Both the fan and the water pump use 12V DC power supplies. Please power them separately to avoid burning the fan and water pump.
8. When doing induction heating, you should use the copper tube that is matched with this product, or wind it in accordance with the standard of 8 circles with an inner diameter of 40mm, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for any burning problem.
