Hepaset Pro is a dietary supplement in capsule form intended for adults, combining choline, L-ornithine L-aspartate and L-methionine. The formula also contains milk thistle extract standardized to 80% silymarin, a complex of B vitamins, L-taurine, acetylcysteine, selenium and molybdenum.

Choline is an organic chemical compound that is part of some phospholipids, especially lecithin. This compound helps in the proper functioning of the liver, contributes to maintaining the proper metabolism of fats, and also plays a role in maintaining the proper metabolism of homocysteine . Ornithine is a chemical compound belonging to the group of α-amino acids, taking part in the ornithine cycle (urea Krebs cycle). L-methionine is an exogenous amino acid that takes part in numerous metabolic reactions and methylation processes. Acetylcysteine is a synthetic N-acetyl derivative of the endogenous amino acid L-cysteine. L-taurine, on the other hand, is a naturally occurring amino acid derived from the metabolism of methionine and cysteine, which takes part in basic biological processes.

Milk thistle is a plant that can naturally  support liver health and physiological cleansing processes .

Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12  contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism . Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12  contribute to maintaining normal homocysteine metabolism .
