Unfortunately I did not receive my order as planned, as a result this I contacted the supplier to let them know and was astonished with there prompt response. They explained that my order was lost I was then given an option for them to resend or refund, regretfully I decided not to proceed with the order and I was immediately refunded . I’m very please with the customer services provided by the supplier I will no doubt be ordering again from thank you….

Good enough product only problem is the button on top never press it to stop the flow like I did in a electric shower it blew the safety valve on my electric shower not thinking about this at the time cost.me a.lot.more than the dame shower head for repair.
