I ordered this chair late on a Wednesday evening and it arrived around 5pm on Friday I bought it as have to work at my dining table so getting neck & shoulder pain sitting on a dining chair and needed a chair to be able to adjust the height I also did t want to pay a fortune or for it to look too officey or be too large or heavy to store when only required occasionally I am really pleased with this chair as it fits all of that and my shoulder and neck pain has eased
