If you’re like me and prefer to use your dumbbells from home, this is an excellent addition to your set up without breaking the bank. Lightweight, simple yet sturdy enough for beginners to improve upon. Overall -considering the build quality, functionality, price - I’d give this set up a respectable 8/10.

Really happy with this product, nice and sturdy and folds for easier storing and was much cheaper at onbuy than anywhere else.
This is such a good peice of kit. Decline for sit ups, as well as incline and sitting up straight. Leg Extension is a god send. Very happy purchase
