This hypoallergenic, gentle 3% Iodine Solution is produced from only pharmaceutical grade iodine and potassium iodide for ultimate purity. Supplied in a 30ml amber glass dropper bottle fitted with iodine resistant dropper cap and glass pipette for ease of use and accurate dispensing.
Lugols Iodine is readily absorbed by the body both topically (through the skin) and taken as a dietary supplement.
Each 30ml bottle contains 600 drops (1/20 ml)
Iodine content per drop: Iodine (I2) 0.5mg - Potassium Iodide (KI) 1mg - Combined Iodine Content 1.5mg
Iodine content per ml: 10mg Iodine (I2) - 20mg Potassium Iodide (KI) - Combined Iodine Content 30mg

I Use a few drops of Iodine in bowl of water for soaking my fruit and veg - killing any bugs -,and I use for many health problems such as athletes foot and any broken skin and cold sores. I am never without Iodine in my home.
