Serving Suggestion:Empty  the contents of the packet into a mixing bowl (large enough to take the dry powder and water), give a quick stir to combine ingredients evenly, add the recommended amount of cold water and a small amount of oil (roughly one teaspoon for each quarter pound burger patty), gently mix  ingredients together, after a very short time (1-2 minutes), the mix will become a firm mince. Form into desired shape and size/weight. Pan fry for best results, heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan on medium heat, cook for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently, serve with preferred compliments.
