Both dogs love it, they haven’t quite worked out how to put the ball in to get the treats out but they will.ATM they like to try and just shake the treats out

Pretty useless really, dog not interested as ball only rolls out, about a foot. So he's not interested in it at all.
Really terrible product, does absolutely nothing, don't bother buying and save your money
Really disappointed with this. I thought it would fire out the ball so my dog (who is ball mad) would retrieve instead it just trickles out essentially it is just a funnel. Needless to say it has not been used. I woudl not recommend as it just doesn't deliver.

Delivered quickly, thank you. Very sturdy build, sending tennis ball out further than I expected (after reading other reviews). Nice to have the ball provided as well. Very pleased with the toy and price paid.
Was just what I expected however dog couldn’t get ball in. Therefore didn’t get used. Already sold on.

The toy is very good .had trouble with packaging but was sorted very efficiently.would use them again .brilliant customer service
Don't buy this it is useless, get a brick and a plank of wood which would work better.

Unfortunately my dogs will not play with it, I place the ball in the top but it only rolls out for about a foot and this just isn’t interesting enough for my boys. When I placed treats in one of my dogs then tried to demolish the toy to get the treats out, that’s the only interest he had in it, however the toy was robust enough for my dog not to destroy it.
It says it launches the ball, but it just rolls out the front under gravity- travels about 0.5m and our dog looks bemused. I’d foolishly assumed it had batteries and ‘launched’ the ball - really not worth the effort and if you use the treat dispenser you’d have a very fat lazy dog!

Came quickly and as described, nice product and dog enjoys the treats but hasn't quite mastered doing it himself yet.
