These phones are nicely made, comfortable to wear and produce a nice sound. The buttons on the phones are quite small and have multiple functions which can make them a bit fiddly to use until you remember what they do; the symbols on the buttons are quite hard to read, but they function well enough.
The phones connected easily to an iphone with bluetooth and the app also downloaded easily and works well. The app could benefit from a few more EQ pre-sets (e.g. for classical music), but the EQ is very easy to adjust manually and you can create your own pre-sets. So overall it works well.
JBL don't provide a case, but they are readily available on line.
