Balm for burns Jomello G is a specially formulated fat, for external use, the active component of which consists of ether oils and extracts of medicinal herbs of standardized quality. The highly pronounced anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic and astrigent effect of the product is complemented by the use of unrefined beeswax and olive oil in the formulation of its substrate. These carriers extend the effect of the preparation at the place of application, provide a favorable environment for the healing process, and thanks to their chemical composition (high concentration of biophenols, vitamins, phytostrotheloles), they also affect the overall pharmacological effect of phytoprepares.

Action:
This balm is intended for healing wounds on the skin of the face and body, caused by the action of various agents (fires, chemicals, physical effects, etc.). It is applied in second- and third-degree burns, i.e. in injuries, where the skin is covered with blisters or is also destroyed in wounds of different origins.

Ingredients (INCI):
Jomello G is a dispersed extract of medicinal herbs from the last harvest in a semi-solid fatty substrate of beeswax and olive oil.

Method of application:
The person indicating help must first perform a good hand wash. After washing, pick up the water with sterile gauze and disinfect with the use of diluted alcohol (70% ethanol). Clean the surface around the wound in the width of about 5 cm with gauze soaked diluted alcohol. The wound is washed out by 3% with a solution of hydrogen in severe cases (where the skin is removed) and a sterile physiological solution. If there are blisters on the burnt skin, they should be pierced with a sterile needle and squeeze the liqueur (liquid) out of them with gentle pressure and wiped with diluted alcohol again. On a quadruple sterile gauze, slightly larger than the size of the wound, with a sterile spatula (knife) apply a layer of a balm of about 12 mm. Put the gauze prepared on the wound, so that the layer of the balm with its width is in direct contact with it. In order for the gauze to stay in close contact with the wound, it should be covered without tightening with a bandage or fastened with a Band-Aid, so as it is more comfortable. After putting the balm on the wound, the pain begins to be lost, and in a relatively short time it disappears completely. After every 24 hours, repeat the whole process with a new sterile gauze. The healing of wounds narrows and coating of the balm is limited only to the unbalanced part of the wound.
