Smooth, consistent training with magnetic resistance

The magnetic resistance system enables smooth and consistent rowing movements. The training intensity can be conveniently adjusted to suit your personal fitness level and desired training goal using the side-mounted dial. This makes the rowing machine suitable for both beginners and regular training sessions.

Effective full-body workout

Rowing engages the legs, back, core, shoulders and arms in a fluid sequence of movements. This allows you to combine endurance and strength training. Regular training can help improve your fitness and provide a well-rounded workout for your muscles.

Keep an eye on your training metrics at all times

The clear display shows key training data such as time, distance, calories burnt, stroke count and strokes per minute. This allows you to monitor your training progress at any time and track your performance effectively. Operation is straightforward via the RESET, MODE and SET buttons.

Interactive training with KINOMAP

The rowing machine can be connected to the KINOMAP app via Bluetooth FTMS. This makes home training more varied and interactive. Virtual training routes and a range of training sessions provide extra motivation and support a personalised training experience.

Comfortable and safe movement

The ergonomically shaped PU seat ensures a comfortable seating position during your workout. Large pedals with adjustable foot straps provide a secure hold for your feet, whilst the non-slip handle helps you perform the rowing motion with control. This ensures your workout remains comfortable even during longer sessions.

Stable training and space-saving storage

The robust construction is designed for a maximum user weight of 120 kg. Adjustable levelling feet compensate for slight unevenness in the floor and ensure a stable base. After your workout, the rowing machine can be stood upright, making it particularly space-saving to store.
