No. of servings - as an accompaniment: 3-4 persons, Amount of rice (uncooked weight): 200 g, Volume of water (method A): 1.25 ltr., (method B/C): 350 mls No. of servings - as an accompaniment: 5-6 persons, Amount of rice (uncooked weight): 300 g, Volume of water (method A): 1.8 ltr., (method B/C): 550 mls No. of servings - as an accompaniment: 8-10 persons, Amount of rice (uncooked weight): 500 g, Volume of water (method A): 2.7 ltr., (method B/C): 900 mls Cooking Instructions (General) - For best results soak rice in cold water for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Choose one of the following methods according to your usual practice of cooking and the desired quantity. Microwave (From Ambient) - C. The desired mixture of water & rice (rati 1 3/4: 1) should be covered wih a cling film in deep vessl. 6 minutes on thaw completes the process. 300 gms. of rice is recommended at a time.
