Lattice Fractional Weight Plates

Lattice Fractional Weight Plates Description

Unlock more precise testing and break plateaus with a set of Lattice Fractional weight plates. By using smaller weight increments you can progressively increase load every session, particularly useful when working at lower weights when training with our lifting devices.

Colour coded and laser engraved for easy recognition, these plates work best with our lifting pin.

Check out our video with James Walker from the Sheffield Climbing Clinic on why progressive loading is key to successful rehab. Lattice has produced these fractional weight plates to solve our own frustrations when developing our new lifting devices. Unable to work in the right intensity range with the standard weight increments, we knew we needed to find a solution. Now you can truly max out your scores on our free pinch strength assessment MyPinch.
