Product DescriptionProduct Description The term "preare" is used to refer to the ancient Veronese marble quarries, famous for the Lessinia stone and the prestigious "red Verona marble", known throughout the world and widely used in Venice and Verona for precious sculptures, churches and villas. The grapes are hand picked in late autumn then fermented at 25-28 degrees on the skins for 10 days before second fermentation on the lees from Negrar Amarone for 15 days at 15 degrees.
